Successful Bidder's Information

To print your invoice click on the "print your invoice" link above.  You will need your bidder id which was provided in your original registration.  If you bid by ebayliveauctions, your bidder id and shipping cost was sent to you in email notifying you of your successful bid(s).

Use the "revise your registration"  link above to provide all requested and/or missing information in the name and address section of your invoice.  You will need your bidder id to enter this link.
Shipping will be to the address shown on invoice unless you fill out separate shipping information (see "revise your registration" link to clarify shipping information).

Payment Methods accepted include personal and  business checks, bank checks, bank drafts, wire transfers, money orders.
Unless you are known to us, allow 1 week check clearance delay.  Bank wire instructions are shown below.
Wire transfers should be for amounts over $1000 dollars and include $50 to cover bank fees.
Visa and Master Card payments are limited to a maximum of $500. We can accept credit card information by phone or email.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by Paypal or American Express. Please note on credit card billings, CDI International, Inc. will appear as the seller's id.
In order to process credit card payments, the following information will be needed:
- card number
- expiration date
- verification code (3 digits on the back of the card)
- billing street address and zip code.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer as noted in the terms and conditions.  Whenever possible we will attempt to facilitate shipping, but our resources are limited as we only do 3 to 5 auctions each year which does not justify a shipping department.  If we are able to handle your shipping, we will use a responsible insured carrier, usually UPS unless you have a special preference.  Overseas shipments are by air express.  Import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please allow up to two weeks for shipping (longer during the holiday period), although most will be shipped sooner.  There is a minimum fee of $25 for all shipping handled directly by Creighton-Davis Gallery. Credit cards may not be used for payment when shipping without a tracking number and/or without insurance(overseas or domestic) . Such shipments are sent with full risk assumed by the buyer. Domestic shipments with a value of $2,500 or more will be shipped insured, overnight air to reduce the possibly of a damage or loss claim unless specificly waived by buyer.
