- Condition: In very fine condition (sight).
- Plate: 8 1/2 in. by 11 in. (21 x 28 cm.)
- Framing: Framed, but unexamined out of the frame.
- Note: French lettering on the building at the left suggests the location is a waterfront in France mostly likely etched when he was studying with Edouard Leon in Paris prior to 1930. Etched works by the artist are in the Library of Congress, Washington.
