- Sheet: 11 1/2 by 9 1/2 in. (36 x 24 cm.)
- Provenance: Descended through marriage from the sitter.
- Framing: Framed, but unexamined out of the frame.
- Note: The sitter was the wife of a Japanese-American active in the art world. The couple moved to Paris and were active in the artistic circles that included Foujita. At some point the wife was sketched by the artist. The work then remained in the family to this point.
