- Note:With the stamp of the The Reichsleiter Rosenberg Taskforce (German: Einsatzstab Reichsleiter Rosenberg or ERR) established in France in 1940 for cultural appropriation by the Nazis. This work is thought to be part of the expropriated items and possibly never left France during the German occupation as it would have been considered "degenerate art" of little consequence. Thus the signature and date on the recto "Jean 1960" is suspect and possibly added to distance the work from the ERR appropriations.
