- Note:An early, depression era lithograph of the artist. The lithograph relates to the Depression era policy of reducing agricultural output in order to raise prices by "plowing under" already planted crops. The term has survived to mean any policy of destroying productive capacity. Original AAA label which opens to a brief biography of the artist.
